Careers at GSI

Build the Institutions of a Fairer World

GSI is a small, mission-driven team working across continents. We're looking for people who bring rigor, humility, and urgency to the work of global equity.

Why GSI

Work That Crosses Borders

Genuinely Global

Colleagues and partners across Africa, Asia, Latin America, the Caribbean, and the Pacific — and a mandate that treats every region as a peer, not a project.

Research-Led

Every campaign and programme starts with evidence. You'll work alongside researchers, negotiators, and community partners, not around them.

Flat & Collaborative

A lean team means real ownership early. Ideas are judged on merit, from the newest programme officer to the executive director.

Mission Over Ego

We measure success in boreholes drilled, trade frameworks signed, and voices carried into rooms that used to exclude them.
